Why personal training?
It’s rare these days to find a golfer who is serious about improving their game and doesn’t recognise the value of fitness in golf performance. That said, many golfers are relying on self-programmed workouts rather than working with a qualified professional to improve their game.
The truth is the majority of these programs just don’t work; not because of how they are executed, but because of how they are constructed. The exercises they are performing aren't necessarily bad, but in the context of the golfers specific strengths and weaknesses, they are unproductive and sometimes even detrimental.
In short, self-directed programs often consist of what you like to do, not what you need to do. What you need is a well-designed and research backed program that assess and fixes your weaknesses, takes you through proper progressions to safely develop strength, power and swing speed, trains you in all the movements you need to swing a club well, and ensures carryover to your golf game. With our personal training sessions and packages all this is done under the expert eye of a world renowned golf fitness professional to ensure optimal safety, effectiveness and progress.
